A former associate at Thompson Salinas & McDermott, LLP, Aubrey ventured out to establish a private practice in 2017. As a divorced mother and family law attorney, Aubrey understands the unique challenges facing separated/divorced parents and step-parents.

Aubrey lives in Round Rock, Texas and enjoys being a mother, attorney, and blogger. She also serves on the Board of the Williamson County Bar Association, Women's Law Section.

I was born in Roswell, NM in 1956 and completed my 12th grade at Stavanger American School in Stavanger, Norway in June 1974. I graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Theory and Research, along with a minor in Government from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas in May 1978. I have had a varied practice over the years. My principal practice now is divided between business litigation; criminal law; immigration deportation; domestice relations; and personal injury cases. I also assist clients with inventions to find financing for their inventions. I am primarily interested in energy production and desalinization projects. I work out of a home office because I like being on the water.
