Smiley and went on to The University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Science in Radio –Television-Film.

After graduation, Damiane worked as an Adoption Recruiter for DePelchin Children’s Center where her primary mission was to find suitable families for special needs children. Barrett comes from a family that has long been a part of the East Texas area. Barrett was born and raised in Tyler. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and played catcher for the school’s baseball team. After high school, Barrett attended Texas A&M University where he earned a degree in Sociology as well as a minor in Business.
