In 1977 I started my practice as a Forsyth County lawyer, and eventually came to practice throughout Triad. I have come to enjoy family law cases. What I mean by that is I enjoy the challenge of handling any legal issue which directly affects any member of either an ongoing or dissolving family. That includes criminal, traffic, divorce, separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, domestic restraining orders (50-B) juvenile cases, child custody, post separation support, alimony, equitable distribution, wills, trusts, estates, probate, real estate, personal property issues, and traffic, to name a few. Family Law is my focus. Child Custody and all aspects of Divorce (including military divorce) are the bulk of what I do and I love it. I have the knowledge to get you to the best possible results available to you. In addition I take pride in making sure my clients know and understand what is happening in their case, because it is their life that is being impacted. I enjoy working as a team with my client to get the case successfully resolved.

Christina Clodfelter was raised in Statesville, NC, and is a graduate of Statesville High School. She received a B.A. degree in Political Science and English from the University of South Carolina in 2007. She then returned to North Carolina where she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Ms. Clodfelter lives in Statesville and practices in the Statesville office. Ms. Clodfelter is excited to be practicing law in her hometown. She enjoys spending time with her family, who has strong ties to the Statesville community, and is an active South Carolina Gamecock fan.

James B. Wilson, Jr. is a Winston-Salem native and graduated from R.J. Reynolds High School in 1981. He then went on to attend North Carolina State University where he received a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 1987. After Wilson graduated from N.C. State, he received his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from the University of Tennessee where he was a founding member of the Sports Lawyers Association and, an editor for the Tennessee Law Review.
