I graduated from Tunstall High School in 2007. I went on to attend Hampden-Sydney College where I received my B.S. in History and graduated with the distinction of summa cum laude in 2011. I then attended Elon University School of Law. I received my J.D. in 2014 and became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2015. My areas of practice include personal injury, criminal defense, and domestic relations as well as general practice.

Marissa Boyce is a Virginia native and Richmond transplant. She is a 2013 graduate of the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, and worked as a magistrate in the central Virginia area before coming to the Richmond Public Defender’s Office. Born the son of a poor share-cropper, Mr. Lewis was the first in his family to go to college.
