I am a criminal defense attorney practicing in Williamson and Travis County, Texas. I have been licensed since November, 2002. I worked as a prosecutor in Travis County and a Williamson County Deputy Sheriff before opening my own office. I offer free consultations to all potential clients.

Early Career (2002-2003):
After Graduating Law School from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2002, Sunday began her legal career in Odessa and Midland, Texas in private practice. Her work there consisted of juvenile justice, adult criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.

Assistant Criminal District Attorney (2003-2009):
Sunday later moved to Amarillo where she was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Randall County. I attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating in 2010. Since then I've practiced in criminal law for a decade, the majority of that time in Austin, handling cases in Travis County and throughout the Central Texas area. I've handled a wide variety of cases--from murder to minor drug charges.
