Sean J. Kilgore was born in Houston, Texas and was raised in Galveston. He moved to North Texas in 2006. He is married to Tiffani Lohmann Kilgore, and has two sons, William and Clayton.

Mr. Kilgore was a Patrick Henry Scholar while attending Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with his main focus in Political Science. Mr. Shipley has devoted his life to the service of others. He has served his community as an emergency medical technician (EMT), a volunteer firefighter, a US Army soldier, a FBI agent and now as an attorney. While serving as a FBI agent for 14 years, Mr. Shipley investigated violations of both state and federal crimes. Samantha Chambers began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office in September 2008, shortly after graduating with honors from the SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas. Prior to law school, Mrs. Chambers received both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in English from Texas A&M University where she taught rhetoric and composition.
