I am an experienced criminal defense attorney. I have tried twenty-five criminal jury trials involving controlled substances, drugs, murder, rape, robbery, DUI, and assault. I specialize in the criminal, circuit, and general sessions courts of Franklin (Williamson County) and Columbia / Mt. Pleasant (Maury County) Tennessee.

Donnavon graduated from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga with his Bachelors of Science degree in criminal justice. He continued his education at Nashville School of Law where he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence and graduated in the top 10% of his class. After being admitted to the practice of law in Tennessee, Donnavon began focusing in criminal defense and probate. Daniel Barnes graduated cum laude with a degree in English from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2009. He attended law school at the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of Moot court board and the black law students association. He also received the "Raptor Award" in first semester torts, and received an award for the highest grade in Criminal Seminar. He graduated and was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 2012 and takes cases in the fields of criminal law, immigration, family law, and wills and estates.

Eric received his license to practice law in 2008 and worked with West Tennessee Legal Services for a year before starting his private practice. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. District (federal) Court in 2010 and to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in 2012, although he no longer practices bankruptcy. Randall Glyn Kirby was born and raised in Hartsville, Tennessee, graduating from Trousdale County High. He graduated magna cum laude from Tennessee Tech and earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Belmont University College of Law. Kirby’s practice includes: family law, divorce, juvenile law, state criminal defense, estates, probate, bankruptcy and real property.
