He continued his education at Nashville School of Law where he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence and graduated in the top 10% of his class. Randall Glyn Kirby was born and raised in Hartsville, Tennessee, graduating from Trousdale County High. He graduated magna cum laude from Tennessee Tech and earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Belmont University College of Law.
