Jefferson Mabrito is a North Carolina bankruptcy attorney committed to providing personal service to individuals seeking debt relief. Prior to developing his bankruptcy practice, Jefferson worked in corporate finance, where his principal practice involved the representation of commercial banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions. He received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, and received his Master of Laws (LL.M) with distinction from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, U.K. Jefferson is also a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law who graduated in May 2023 with a Juris Doctor. During my time in law school, I was a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and also served as President of the USC school of law American Constitution Society. William “Gray” Smith grew up in Robersonville, North Carolina. He attended Randolph-Macon College in Virginia where he majored in Religious Studies and played wide receiver on the football team. Gray was an active member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity while at Randolph-Macon. Gray came home to North Carolina to attend law school at Campbell University in 2014. During law school Gray devoted himself to becoming a trial lawyer.
