A native of North Carolina, Julian brings over 26 years of experience in the practice of law to coastal North Carolina. Julian served in the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1990 to 1996, helping to pay his way through college and law school. Julian graduated from Campbell Law School in 1998, and has handled civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and estate planning.

Jefferson Mabrito is a North Carolina bankruptcy attorney committed to providing personal service to individuals seeking debt relief. Prior to developing his bankruptcy practice, Jefferson worked in corporate finance, where his principal practice involved the representation of commercial banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions. He received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, and received his Master of Laws (LL.M) with distinction from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, U.K. Jefferson is also a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Jon was born September 14, 1980. He is the son of the late, Perry Mitchell Welborn and Patricia Poteat Welborn of southeastern Wilkes County. Jon’s father, Perry, was an independent insurance agent in N. Wilkesboro. Perry worked for a number of years as a top selling agent for Farm Bureau prior to opening his own insurance company. Jon’s mother, Pat, retired from Yadkinville Elementary School in the capacity of a special education teacher. She continues to reside at the home place of Mr. Welborn. During my time in law school, I was a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and also served as President of the USC school of law American Constitution Society. William “Gray” Smith grew up in Robersonville, North Carolina. He attended Randolph-Macon College in Virginia where he majored in Religious Studies and played wide receiver on the football team.
