I've been representing clients in the criminal and family courts of New York State since 1999, and I believe that being an attorney isn't a business, it's a craft that requires a sense of personal honor. I've tried cases from open-container violations to murders and, whatever the matter, I'll never leave you in the dark about your case, I'll give your case care and attention, and I'll never sell you out or do anything without your knowledge and consent.

Engaged in private law practice in New York and Connecticut 1987-1997 and 2019 to date. Served as District Court Judge (1998), County Court Judge (1999-2018), Acting Family Court Judge (1999-2018) and Acting Supreme Court Justice (2006-2018) in Suffolk County, New York. Author of over 250 judicial reported and published decisions, official and unofficial, in multiple areas of the law.
