Mr. Churchward’s legal career began at the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s office where he tried cases in both the Misdemeanor and Felony divisions. Having represented thousands of clients in the southern Indiana since 2002, I take pride in providing a high level of legal knowledge and ability to my diverse area of clientele. My experience includes making oral argument before the Indiana Supreme Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. My practices focuses on legal work in several areas of law primarily south of Indianapolis and in Washington and surrounding counties. I have tried several matters to the local judges and several juries.

I was born and raised in Plymouth, IN. I am a graduate from LaVille High School in 2009. Following that, in 2016 I received a B.S. in Business Administration. Then receiving a full tuition scholarship to attend Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, I had an internship with the LaPorte County Prosecutors Office. I graduated in 2019 with a Juris Doctorate Degree. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana. I have four children with my husband, Adam. As a family we enjoy camping, walking, and family movie nights on the couch.

Robert Scremin is a former deputy prosecutor and a former SWAT/Narcotics Detective. Robert is also a graduate of the coveted National Criminal Defense College at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia. He has practiced law for over 22 years, including California, Florida and Indiana.
