Zach was born and raised in southeast Indiana. A lifelong Hoosier, Zach is proud to represent the people who come to him for help. Regardless of the size or nature of the task at hand, he treats each case, and each client, with the dedication and respect they deserve.

John has a B.A. in Spanish and Communications from the University of Louisville and worked as an editor for a decade before returning to school and earning his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He is a member of Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky Justice Association.

I was born and raised in Plymouth, IN. I am a graduate from LaVille High School in 2009. Following that, in 2016 I received a B.S. in Business Administration. Then receiving a full tuition scholarship to attend Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, I had an internship with the LaPorte County Prosecutors Office. I graduated in 2019 with a Juris Doctorate Degree. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana. I have four children with my husband, Adam. As a family we enjoy camping, walking, and family movie nights on the couch.

Robert Scremin is a former deputy prosecutor and a former SWAT/Narcotics Detective. Robert is also a graduate of the coveted National Criminal Defense College at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia. He has practiced law for over 22 years, including California, Florida and Indiana.

Fred Grady was raised in Valparaiso, and is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business, with a degree in finance, and of Valparaiso University School of Law. Fred gained valuable litigation and trial experience as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, as lead counsel on numerous jury trials involving a wide variety of Federal criminal violations and civil actions. Before that, he was employed with the Indiana Department of Child Services providing legal services to field staff to help promote compliance with Indiana law and child welfare.
