I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions. My commitment toward immigrants and the rights of the undocumented is unwavering. I remain dedicated to the cause of Human Rights and apply that to my daily work life.

While in law school, Mark worked for the United States Attorney's and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's offices. Upon graduating law school, Mark was an attorney for one of the largest civil litigation law firms in the nation. Thereafter, Mark worked for one of the largest criminal defense law firms in Southern California. Finally, Mark also has over five years experience as a reserve Deputy Sheriff. These experiences have enabled Mark to more fully understand the arresting agency and prosecuting office, thus giving him the insight necessary to better represent his clients' needs.
