Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Joseph Land received his Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland. He later attended Roger Williams School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island where he volunteered in a community justice clinic, gaining hands on experience in family law matters and domestic violence, and helped at a legal clinic benefiting the homeless population of Providence, Rhode Island. I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions. My commitment toward immigrants and the rights of the undocumented is unwavering. I remain dedicated to the cause of Human Rights and apply that to my daily work life.

Jennifer Goldman graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Arizona. Following the completion of her degree, Ms. Goldman went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, it became clear that Ms. Goldman’s talents strongly shown in trial advocacy. She was a member of both the Mock Trial team and distinguished Moot Court where she participated in numerous trial advocacy competitions.
