I have been practicing law in San Francisco California and all of the Bay Area counties for over 30 years. My practice consists of various things but primarily the trial practice including Civil, Criminal in all its aspects, and Family law. John T. Bell is a 1998 graduate of University of California-Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Bell practices in the following areas of law: criminal defense, personal injury, insurance disputes, civil rights, and special bus certificates. Elena D'Agustino, a Solano County Deputy Public Defender since 1998 was promoted to Chief Deputy Public Defender on October 3, 2010. D'Agustino supervises the Vallejo Public Defender office.
