I attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating in 2010. Since then I've practiced in criminal law for a decade, the majority of that time in Austin, handling cases in Travis County and throughout the Central Texas area. I've handled a wide variety of cases--from murder to minor drug charges.

Mr. Cracken represents individuals and businesses in the prosecution of class actions, mass actions, and related multidistrict litigation (MDLs). He serves as coordinating counsel, often responsible for (1) evaluating his client's options, (2) recruiting a team of law firms to jointly represent his client in the prosecution of his client's individual or representative claims, and (3) coordinating the related litigation from start to finish. Walt D. Roper graduated from Baylor University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He attended the Tulane University School of Law, from which he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1992.
