Mr. Cracken represents individuals and businesses in the prosecution of class actions, mass actions, and related multidistrict litigation (MDLs). He serves as coordinating counsel, often responsible for (1) evaluating his client's options, (2) recruiting a team of law firms to jointly represent his client in the prosecution of his client's individual or representative claims, and (3) coordinating the related litigation from start to finish. Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.
