Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation. She helps consumers who are victimized by inaccurate credit reporting (FCRA), abusive debt collections (FDCPA), the sale of defective products or services, wrongful repossession, and other areas of civil litigation. Ms. Wells also actively pursues consumer-friendly legislation on the state and federal level. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as the Consumer Law Section chairperson. Taylor Ward has extensive civil litigation experience spanning a variety of business and consumer related matters. By conducting many hearings and trials in the past two years, he is fully conversant in trial practice and advocacy. Mr. Ward devotes his practice to a wide range of contract disputes, personal injury, products liability, and many consumer related statutes including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Federal Truth-in-Lending, and the Ohio Unfair and Deceptive Practices Act, among others.
