Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation. She helps consumers who are victimized by inaccurate credit reporting (FCRA), abusive debt collections (FDCPA), the sale of defective products or services, wrongful repossession, and other areas of civil litigation. Ms. Wells also actively pursues consumer-friendly legislation on the state and federal level. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as the Consumer Law Section chairperson. Tom Timmers founded Haims Timmers in 2018 after working as a partner in a small firm in Toledo from 2014 - 2018.

After he received his B.A. from the University of Dayton, he attended the University of Toledo College of Law, graduating cum laude. During his time at the University of Toledo College of Law, Tom served on the law review. During law school and following graduation, Tom worked for a civil litigation firm in downtown Toledo until 2014.
