After many years of practicing law, I founded Ruane Attorneys at Law, LLC, a criminal defense law firm based in Connecticut, in 2001 with my son Jay Ruane. Our practice areas include criminal defense, DUI defense, juvenile defense, civil rights, and other areas of criminal law.

A graduate of Yale Law School raised in Connecticut, Alex Taubes is a civil rights lawyer. He represents people who are injured, people who are accused of crimes, and people challenging injustice.
