Cathleen H. Heintz is Special Counsel with the Denver litigation firm of Hall & Evans, LLC. Before joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Heintz worked for nearly ten years within the insurance industry for several major insurance companies in the disciplines of contracts, compliance, and underwriting. Ms. Heintz now specializes in insurance coverage and insurance defense. She has litigated a wide variety of cases, including: personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, ERISA, oil and gas, professional liability, employee benefits, products liability, and commercial auto. I have been in practice in the Denver area since 1985. I am in solo practice. Most of that time I have worked in the area of Landlord/Tenant Law. I have represented both Landlords and Tenants. I have done volunteer work through the Colorado/Denver Bar Associations and Metro Volunteer Lawyers and have been a presenter several times at Landlord/Tenant Law seminars. In my spare time I have worked at many sporting events in the area in concessions and have worked as a football official in the area.
