I have been in practice in the Denver area since 1985. I am in solo practice. Most of that time I have worked in the area of Landlord/Tenant Law. I have represented both Landlords and Tenants. I have done volunteer work through the Colorado/Denver Bar Associations and Metro Volunteer Lawyers and have been a presenter several times at Landlord/Tenant Law seminars. In my spare time I have worked at many sporting events in the area in concessions and have worked as a football official in the area.

Attorney Cliff Hypsher opened his Criminal Defense Practice, in Arapahoe County, Colorado in 1997. Focused primarily on Misdemeanor and Felony DUI Defense and Driver’s License Law, Mr. Hypsher has represented clients in a variety of Criminal and Appellate cases throughout Colorado. Lance Henry listens carefully to determine clients’ precise needs and helps to find solutions through thoughtful analysis and dedicated advocacy. Lance assists individuals and entities on a range of matters, in both litigation and commercial transactions. In law school, Lance was a teaching assistant for the first-year course Legal Analysis Writing and Research, and the upper-level course Legal Writing for Judicial Chambers. Lance served as a judicial intern for The Honorable John L. Kane on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Lance enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, running, yoga, and music.
