My environmental law experience includes a decade as an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency, rising to Regional Counsel Section Chief; a decade as an Equity Partner for a 200 attorney litigation firm, rising to Chair of their Environmental Practice Group; and a decade running my own Environmental Law Boutique Firm in Chicago before opening my Firm's second office in Denver Colorado in 2011.

After graduating law school in 2009 I worked in hospital liability defense until 2015 when I joined a plaintiff's personal injury firm. While working for the defense I gained experience that is helpful now that my practice is focused on helping individuals who have been injured seek just recovery. Cathleen H. Heintz is Special Counsel with the Denver litigation firm of Hall & Evans, LLC. Before joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Heintz worked for nearly ten years within the insurance industry for several major insurance companies in the disciplines of contracts, compliance, and underwriting. Ms. Heintz now specializes in insurance coverage and insurance defense. She has litigated a wide variety of cases, including: personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, ERISA, oil and gas, professional liability, employee benefits, products liability, and commercial auto. Ms. Heintz is a frequent lecturer and author on insurance-related topics.

Lance Henry listens carefully to determine clients’ precise needs and helps to find solutions through thoughtful analysis and dedicated advocacy. Lance assists individuals and entities on a range of matters, in both litigation and commercial transactions. In law school, Lance was a teaching assistant for the first-year course Legal Analysis Writing and Research, and the upper-level course Legal Writing for Judicial Chambers. Lance served as a judicial intern for The Honorable John L. Kane on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Lance enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, running, yoga, and music.
