I have been in practice in the Denver area since 1985. I am in solo practice. Most of that time I have worked in the area of Landlord/Tenant Law. I have represented both Landlords and Tenants. I have done volunteer work through the Colorado/Denver Bar Associations and Metro Volunteer Lawyers and have been a presenter several times at Landlord/Tenant Law seminars. In my spare time I have worked at many sporting events in the area in concessions and have worked as a football official in the area.

Rich Masana is the Managing Partner of Masana Bankruptcy Law. Rich, a native New Yorker who had moved to Colorado for law school, is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School (Class of 2011). Jay grew up in Colorado and attended Pepperdine University in California where he obtained a degree in International Business in 2005 graduating cum laude. Jay earned his J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2008, graduating with the Order of St. Ives academic recognition. Lance Henry listens carefully to determine clients’ precise needs and helps to find solutions through thoughtful analysis and dedicated advocacy. Lance assists individuals and entities on a range of matters, in both litigation and commercial transactions. In law school, Lance was a teaching assistant for the first-year course Legal Analysis Writing and Research, and the upper-level course Legal Writing for Judicial Chambers. Lance served as a judicial intern for The Honorable John L. Kane on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Lance enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, running, yoga, and music.
