Cathleen H. Heintz is Special Counsel with the Denver litigation firm of Hall & Evans, LLC. Before joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Heintz worked for nearly ten years within the insurance industry for several major insurance companies in the disciplines of contracts, compliance, and underwriting. Ms. Heintz now specializes in insurance coverage and insurance defense. Lance assists individuals and entities on a range of matters, in both litigation and commercial transactions. In law school, Lance was a teaching assistant for the first-year course Legal Analysis Writing and Research, and the upper-level course Legal Writing for Judicial Chambers. Lance served as a judicial intern for The Honorable John L. Kane on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Lance enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, running, yoga, and music.
