Personal Experience

Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for nearly 15 years. He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation training began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin during the Fall of 2003. Mr. Wells receives referrals from friends, colleagues, opposing counsel, opposing parties and family members of opposing parties.

Melanie K. Corrin is a 2002 graduate of New England School of Law, Boston, MA. Ms. Corrin has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Colorado Chapter Executive Committee since 2008 and is currently a member of the AILA National Nebraska Service Center Liaison Committee and Distance Learning Committee. Ms. Corrin is on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee.
