Kip O’Connor was raised in a military family with a strong tradition of military service. Both of Kip’s Grandfathers, his Father and two uncles were all career Naval Officers.
Kip Graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland in 1989 and was commissioned an Officer in the United States Navy.
