I was born in Comstock Park, Michigan, but have been a resident of Indiana for 40 years. Graduate from Michigan Technical University in 1971 with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and attained Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1978. I am a Sole Practitioner in Indiana with 37 years of civil litigation and trial work.

Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003. Spencer represented indigent clients in the Community Legal Clinic while attending law school. After graduating from Indiana University School of Law in 2006, Spencer moved to Indianapolis and began his litigation career focusing on defending personal injury actions. Spencer also has experience litigating family law matters. However, Spencer soon realized his true passion was to spend his time fighting for severely injured individuals against insurance companies and large corporations.
