I have been practicing for more than 30 years and have limited my practice to non-litigation matters: wills and trusts, real estate, commercial law, and probate.

I represent businesses and individuals in breach of contract matters including sales of goods, services rendered, leasing disputes, and collection matters. I also have many years of experience enforcing judgments.

Mr. Sherman received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to practice in California in 1988. Mr. Sherman's practice focuses on business and real estate. He assists his clients in litigation (in State and Federal Court) and ADR (alternate dispute resolution), such as mediation and arbitration. Mr. Sherman is also licensed to practice law in Texas.
