Christian focuses his practice on estate planning and administration matters, a practice area he became interested in and gained relevant experience in while working in the securities industry. Christian worked over sixteen years in the financial services industry advising clients, as a licensed agent, for JP Morgan Chase in both Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. As a result of that experience, he holds a deep understanding of wealth management and how it relates to sound estate planning. I graduated from Law School in 1974 and was admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the Federal District Court the same year. In 1980 I was admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have handled hundreds of Workers Compensation cases and Social Security Disability cases. At present I am limiting my practice to Social Security Disability appeals.

My career started as a trial lawyer for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and I have spent more than 25 years in private practice resolving problems with the IRS and state tax agencies.
