Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the Managing Attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly's Sacramento office. He handles both family and business based immigration matters along with removal defense. Mr. Wang is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Asian-Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

I have represented clients in employment matters since 1988. This includes cases in State Court, Federal Court, the Civil Service Commission, the California State Personnel Board, and private arbitrations pursuant to arbitration agreements.
