Edvard Nazaryan practices primarily in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury.. After practicing in Los Angeles, Mr. Nazaryan has moved to the Sacramento Area and brought with him energy and enthusiasm which he applies to every matter he works on.

I have represented clients in employment matters since 1988. This includes cases in State Court, Federal Court, the Civil Service Commission, the California State Personnel Board, and private arbitrations pursuant to arbitration agreements. Byron I. Roope founded the Law Office of Byron Roope in 2011. From the time he was young, Byron knew that he wanted to be an attorney. He comes from a family of attorneys and always desired to follow in the same path. As an undergraduate at Utah State University, he majored in Law and Constitutional Studies, focusing on courses that would give him a solid foundation in the law. Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the Managing Attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly's Sacramento office. He handles both family and business based immigration matters along with removal defense. Mr. Wang is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Asian-Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento.
