Byron I. Roope founded the Law Office of Byron Roope in 2011. From the time he was young, Byron knew that he wanted to be an attorney. He comes from a family of attorneys and always desired to follow in the same path. As an undergraduate at Utah State University, he majored in Law and Constitutional Studies, focusing on courses that would give him a solid foundation in the law. I have represented clients in employment matters since 1988. This includes cases in State Court, Federal Court, the Civil Service Commission, the California State Personnel Board, and private arbitrations pursuant to arbitration agreements. Judith Goodman focuses her practice on immigration law, including deportation defense, family visas, and citizenship. She is knowledgeable and experienced in these areas and in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Judith received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and spent her first 3 years as a lawyers assisting judges. She then worked in a civil law firm, and has been concentrating on immigration since 2002. Judith speaks Spanish fluently, and the majority of her clients are Spanish-speakers, but she assists clients of all nationalities.
