This includes cases in State Court, Federal Court, the Civil Service Commission, the California State Personnel Board, and private arbitrations pursuant to arbitration agreements. Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

Byron I. Roope founded the Law Office of Byron Roope in 2011. From the time he was young, Byron knew that he wanted to be an attorney. He comes from a family of attorneys and always desired to follow in the same path. As an undergraduate at Utah State University, he majored in Law and Constitutional Studies, focusing on courses that would give him a solid foundation in the law.
