Elena D'Agustino, a Solano County Deputy Public Defender since 1998 was promoted to Chief Deputy Public Defender on October 3, 2010. D'Agustino supervises the Vallejo Public Defender office. D'Agustino joined the Solano County Public Defender's office as an attorney in 1998.
