With over a decade of international experience across China, Latin America, and beyond, Fred offers deep insight into global intellectual property challenges. A recognized authority on brand protection, he frequently serves as an expert witness in international IP litigation and arbitration. His clients often operate in cutting-edge industries that push the boundaries of existing IP frameworks, including cannabis, psychedelics, and Web3 technologies. Kenneth V. Hoffman received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall Law School. He is licensed in the State and Federal Courts of Washington and Ohio. He began his legal career in the trust department of Ameritrust Corporation, at the time the largest bank holding and trust company in Ohio. Mr. Hoffman was hired by the Clark County based Northwest National Bank in 1979 to establish and administer its trust department.
