Hello, I’m a semi-retired, long-time US attorney with substantial experience in business and corporate law. I counsel startups and small businesses, help them set up corporations or LLCs across the country and draft a variety of contracts and corporate documents.

Our firm specializes in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Trust Law and Guardianship matters. We also help our clients create and maintain business related entities including corporations and partnerships.

Cade is a lifelong resident of Bowie County, who was born and raised in New Boston. He earned his J.D. in May of 2015 from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, and he earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas in 2011.
