Cade is a lifelong resident of Bowie County, who was born and raised in New Boston. He earned his J.D. in May of 2015 from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, and he earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas in 2011.

His practice is focused on probate law, wills and trusts, divorce, child custody, Social Security Disability, real property issues, and business organization law.

Bonnie Sudderth, former Chief Judge of the Fort Worth Municipal Courts, was first elected to the 352nd District Court bench in the March 1996 primary.
