Frank grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University for both undergraduate studies and law school. After passing the bar exam in 1982 he worked in El Paso for 3 years as prosecutor before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has had his own firm since 1993. Peggy is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and Tennessee, as well as in the Supreme Court of the United States. Her primary practice areas are transactional law, probate and estate planning, and nonprofit and for profit corporate law. Peggy graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now A&M University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fallin worked in the corporate world in the insurance and oil & gas industries.
