I am a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where I served as Editor of the Law Review. I have been in continuous practice since October of 1984. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Mr. McCauley's practice is dedicated Civil and Criminal Tax Controversey and Litigation. This includes to representing Taxpayers before the IRS with respect to outstanding tax liabilities, audits, Tax Court Litigation and in criminal matters. He has represented over 1000 clients in his practice and takes the time to get to know each client on a personal level. Mr. McCauley received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.
