More than thirty years experience as an attorney, small business owner, foundation executive, charitable fundraiser, and nonprofit board member. As partnership manager at Harbor Compliance, I work with a team to provide government licensing and entity management services to nonprofits, business and the professionals that serve them. Since 2012, Harbor Compliance has helped more than 25,000 clients apply for, secure, and maintain government licensing across all industries. We partner with attorneys to provide their clients with managed licensing services, national registered agents and managed annual reports.

After completing a clerkship with (former) Justice Russell Nigro of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, I started my career as a litigator at DLA Piper, focusing on construction and transportation matters. I then moved on to work at various companies, where I gained experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies, serving as general counsel and taking on various business development roles.

Stephen was born in Lititz Pennsylvania and graduated from Warwick High School. He furthered his education in graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh (B.A.) University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program (LLM). Stephen founded his law firm in 2013 where he continues to focus on criminal and family court litigation. He resides with his wife Melissa and 2 children, Harrison and Olivia, in Manheim Township.
