In addition to being a lawyer, I'm a certified public accountant, this allows me to assist clients with the complex interactions of the law and taxes. I have an undergraduate accounting degree, an MBA and a law degree. I'm in solo practice, I work with my clients directly. You will not be relegated to working with a secretary or an assistant.

I am a business lawyer, and I have been helping businesses resolve the many legal issues they face, both common and extraordinary, since 1990.

Misty Wood has lived in Northwest Ohio for most of her life. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2015.
