Abigail is an experienced real estate law and business law attorney. She enjoys helping clients start and maintain their small businesses and navigate their real estate law needs including negotiating commercial leases, drafting deeds and purchase agreements for residential/commercial clients and navigating disputes related to buying and selling property.

Located near Wright-Patterson AFB, my law firm is a business and commercial litigation law firm, with a 20+ year presence in Beavercreek, greater Dayton, and the Miami Valley areas.

We have particular strengths in our municipal and local public sector, real estate, and construction law practice areas.

My primary clients are closely-held small family businesses, doctors, and professional service practitioners. Most of my legal work for them is transactional-based.

I started law school while a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories. An engineering education and background did not help with law school, but I find that many engineering principles, diligent analysis, and problem-solving thinking help with actual law practice.

After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J. Clark & Associates for 10 years. Since that time, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, currently located in Gahanna.
