Anthony H. Handal is an experienced patent and trademark litigator, who has worked as lead counsel in over 200 U.S. district court lawsuits for such clients as ADM, Estee Lauder, JVC, The London Times, Conair, SNPE, Nieman Marcus, Target and many other such companies with amounts at risk exceeding $2 billion. Worked for the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel's Office in New York for 14 years litigating tax cases in Tax Court; and also worked in the IRS Criminal Division of Chief Counsel's Office. After leaving the Chief Counsel's Office, I have been in private practice.
