He represents secured lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as commercial landlords, financing companies, and unsecured creditors' committees. Pasang Jamling is a business lawyer. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings, commercial finance, and general corporate matters.
