For over 30 years, I have been advising clients on securities and transactional matters, and have been involved in virtually every type and size of transaction, ranging from small public offerings and private placements to large public company mergers and acquisitions. I represent many emerging businesses and small public companies, advising them on the diverse legal issues that arise from starting, financing, growing, and selling a business.
