Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.

I am an associate at Korngut Paleudis LLC, where my focus lies in alcoholic beverage law, contract matters, and real estate law. My background includes nearly fifteen years in hospitality marketing, operations, and business development, collaborating with some of the most renowned chefs and restaurateurs in the country. Having graduated from culinary school and being a business owner myself, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. Raised in a family that owned a restaurant, I have a deep-rooted understanding of the food and beverage industry. Prior to opening my firm, I worked on intellectual property and general corporate issues at an academic publishing house. I also clerked with Chief Judge Khalida Rachid Kahn at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Before I entered law, I performed bass and taught music.
