Over the past 16 years, I have represented a wide variety of clients across numerous industries in high-stakes “hardball” commercial litigation. I have been working in the Real Estate and mortgage lending field for the past 27 years representing commercial property owners and lenders. My lending work has been primarily representing mortgage-based lenders, but I have also represented a number of mezzanine lenders and asset-based lenders as well.
