Rob is a Nebraska native, born and raised in the western panhandle town of Scottsbluff. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, majoring in marketing and management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1970 and earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1973. Julianne M. Spatz is a partner with the law firm of Kinsey Rowe Becker & Kistler, LLP.
