I have represented all the types of parties that can be involved in bankruptcy--creditors, debtors, family farmers in chapter 12, and creditors' committee in chapter 11. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-93) and have served as a chapter 7 trustee from 2004 through the present. All the bankruptcy judges in Missouri, in both the Western and Eastern Districts, know my work and know me personally. My 30+ years of experience will serve any client well in bankruptcy matters.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, where I earned academic all-conference honors while playing varsity football. Mary K. Walker practices primarily in the fields of agricultural law and civil litigation, including real estate and probate law. Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Joshua has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. Joshua and his family currently reside in Ozark, Missouri, where he is an active member of the community.
